E Komo Mai - Welcome to an Island Creative Space
Ellen Friel is a fine artist whose work is deeply rooted in the natural beauty and spirit of Maui. Her inspiration flows from the island’s breathtaking seascapes, lush landscapes, and the warm aloha of its people. A frequent sight along Maui’s scenic coastlines and mountain vistas, Ellen can often be found painting en plein air, capturing the ever-changing light and colors of the islands in oils and watercolors.
